根据林业三类调查设计中的实际需要,依据国家有关林业法律法规及操作规程,围绕调查设计的质量工作,从六个方面论述了应关注的重点事项。
According to the actual demands of forestry survey design and relevant national forestry laws, regulations and operation instructions, this paper states the emphases proceeding from 6 aspects.
