摘要
监理规划是工程建设监理单位在接受建设单位委托后首先要编制的指导项目监理部开展监理工作的纲领性文件。阐明了监理规划的重要性,并对监理规划编制中存在的问题提出了相应对策。
Supervision plan is the programmatic document to direct project supervision weaved by the construction control unit after accepting the commission. The author states the importance of supervision plan and puts forward the relevant countermeasure in allusion to the problems in the weaving.
