摘要
探讨了木聚糖酶活性测定中的几个关键因素对酶活性的影响。结果表明,木聚糖酶活性测定的最适条件是:测定温度55℃,pH5.5,底物浓度1%,酶促反应时间10min,稀释度40。
This study discussed various factors of affecting xylanase activity and a measuring method of xylanase. The results showed the optimum condition for determination xylanase activity was 55℃, pH5.5, ten-minute reaction time when concentration of substrate was1%, and dilution degrees was 40.
