摘要
数字时代的到来给传统出版的方方面面带来深刻的影响,其中涉及出版企业的公司治理。本文试从技术、人文和经济三个层面,剖析数字化环境给出版企业的公司治理所造成的影响,论述由此产生的主要变化和相关问题,并在此基础上提出一些针对性对策。
The advert of digital age has already greatly impacted upon all walks of traditional publishing industry, which includes the corporate governance of publishing enterprise. This article is aimed at the analysis of the effect on the corporate governance of publishing enterprises taken by the occurrence of digitalization circumstance based upon the viewpoint angles of technology, culture and economy, describing what will happen and some relevant problems, on the basis of which the authors further come up with some solutions to them.
