摘要
本文通过对１９对能育夫妇和７２对不育夫妇丈夫精液中绿色ＡＯ荧光精子（成熟精子）比率分布情况的比较分析，探讨了绿色ＡＯ荧光精子百分率与精液参数及精子授精能力之间的关系。在１～３年随访中，通过ＡＩＨ、其它治疗或在非治疗期，５４对绿色ＡＯ荧光精子≥５０％的夫妇有１８对怀孕。而１８对绿色ＡＯ荧光精子＜５０％的夫妇无１例怀孕，结果还显示了绿色ＡＯ荧光精子百分率与精液参数无关。
お comparison study on distributive state of proportion of green AO fluorescence sperm(maturity sperm) was undertaken in semen between 19 fertile couples and 72 infertile couples.During follow-up survey for 1-3 years by AIH, other therapy or no therapy, 18 of 54 infertile couples with ≥50% of green AO fluorescent sperm got pregnant while other 18 inferile couples with <50% of green AO fluorescent sperm were not pregnant. The results indicated that there was no significant relationship between this index and the semen parameters.The authors believed that this index can reflect the fertilizing ability of the spermatozoa on the sperm nucleus DNA maturity state, while the semen parameters cannot reflect it. When green AO fluorescent sperm was <50%, this index could be used as on evaluative limit for subfertile somen.
