以网络为中心的作战思想和行动对我军应对多种安全威胁、完成多样化军事任务起着举足轻重的作用,文中介绍了美海军网络中心战思想和行动对美海军执行多样化军事任务产生了巨大的影响,以及美军基于全球信息栅格构建的对多样化军事任务提供全球和区域服务的网络运作和网络中心企业服务,并从网络基础设施、网络运作和网络中心企业服务等三个相互关联的层面上介绍它们的功能和在完成多样化军事任务中所起的作用。

The network-centric operation thoughts and actions play an important role in responding to various security threats and accomplishing diverse military tasks. This paper describes the huge impact on the accomplishment of diverse military tasks exerted by network-centric warfare thoughts and action of U.S. Navy, and the network operations and net-centric enterprise service built to provide global and regional services for accomplishing diverse military tasks based on the Global Information Grid, the functions and the roles in accomplishing diverse military tasks from three interrelated levels such as the network infrastructure, network operations and net-centric enterprise services.
