摘要
本文应用两株混合单克隆抗体,共价交联到羧化的聚苯乙烯微粒上。用本胶乳检测486份阴道分泌物标本,并与温片镜检作双盲法对照,乳凝集试验比镜检法检出率高,分别为31.8%、21.8%,P<0.05,两法有显著性差异。同时,比较了羧化胶乳与物理吸附胶乳的稳定性。显示出羧化胶乳有良好的稳定性。检测方法简便,3~5分钟可出结果。
A latex agglutination test (LAT) with carboxylated latex linked by covalent bonds with the mixed monoclonal antibodies of two lines was established. 486 samples of vaginal secretion were tested by wet-slide microscopy and the latex agglutination test (double blind test). The detectable rate of LAT (31.8% ) was significantly higher than that of wet-slide microscopy (21.8%,P<O.05 ). Compared with the physically absorbed latex,the stability of carboxylated latex was satisfactory. Furthermore,the LAT was very simple which could yield results in 3~5 min.
