关节腔注射配合中药脉冲法治疗老年膝关节骨性关节炎

Effect of intra-articular injection sodium hyaluronate and medium-frequency pulse therapy with external herbal application on knee osteoarthritis in aged patients

目的观察老年膝关节退行性骨关节炎的治疗效果。方法对92例老年膝关节骨关节炎采用关节腔注射玻璃酸钠,关节周围使用中药中频脉冲治疗。结果全部病例至少随访6个月,其中痊愈38例（占41.3%）,好转49例（占53.3%）,无效5例（占5.4%）。结论关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠,并结合关节周围中药中频脉冲治疗老年膝关节骨关节炎的效果良好。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of intra-articular injection with sodium hyaluronate and medium-frequency pulse therapy with external herbal application on osteoarthritis in aged patients. Methods Ninty-two patient with knee osteoarthritis, female 57, male 35, aged 46-78, were treated with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate 20mg（10mg/ml）, once a week for 5 consecutive week, combined with external herbal application and medium-frequency pulse therapy once a day for 30 mins. Results After a six-month follow-up,38 cases were cured（41.3%）, 49 cases were improved（53.3%）, and 5 cases had no response（5.4%）. Conclusion Intra-articular injection with sodium hyaluronate combined with medium-frequency pulse and external herbal application have a good effect on knee osteoarthritis in aged patients.
