67例子宫内膜不规则脱卸的病因、病理分析

The aetiology and pathological changes of irregular shedding of endometrium in sixty-seven cases

目的：探讨子宫内膜不规则脱卸的病因和病理形态学改变。方法：对６７例子宫内膜不规则脱卸的刮宫活检标本进行病理组织学分析。结果：３２～４６岁占８８．１％。２１例病人服用过激素类药物治疗，８例患有子宫肌瘤，３例人工流产术后，３例婚后不孕，８例曾经患过子宫内膜增殖症。镜检发现有３８例子宫内膜不规则脱卸病人的子宫内膜伴有不同程度增生过长的改变；２３例的子宫内膜伴有不同程度的慢性炎症。结论：引起子宫内膜不规则脱卸的原因主要有３种：（１）卵巢功能紊乱。（２）不适当地使用外源性激素类药物。

Purpose To study the aetiology and pathologic changes of irregular shedding of endometrium. Methods Sixty-seven cases of the disease were studied histopathologically. Results Of 67 cases 88.1% were 32-46 yearsold. Twenty one cases had hormone administration, 8 with leiomyomata of the ulerus, 3 after abortion, 3 with in fertility and 8 with endometrial hyperplasia. There were 38 with endometrial hyperplasia and 23 with chronic endometritis under microscopic observation. Conclusion The three reasons resulting in irregular shedding of endometrium are following: (1) Disturbances of ovarian funtion. (2) Inadgquate administration of exogenous hormones or drugs. (3) The endometrium failed to respond fully to Hormones due to chronic inflammation.
