冲击回波法在钢管混凝土拱桥检测中的研究 被引量:22

摘要 冲击回波法是一种新型钢管混凝土结构无损检测技术,即用锤子对钢管混凝土结构表面轻微敲击,根据反射应力波波形与频率来探测构件内部缺陷。本文首先对冲击回波法的原理进行了研究,其次通过模型试验分析,总结规律。最后在某钢管混凝土拱桥工程中进行冲击回波法应用效果分析验证。结果表明,冲击回波法可以方便、直观的检测出钢管混凝土拱桥的质量。 Impact - echo method is an innovative nondestructive testing of concrete - filled steel tube structure. Hitting gently on the surface of concrete - filled steel tube structure with a hammer, internal defects of the structure can be detected by the waveform and frequency of the reverberate stress waves. Firstly, the principle of the impact -echo method is studied in this paper. Secondly, through the model test analysis, the rule is summarized. At last, in the concrete- filled steel tube arch bridge project the effect of its application is to be analyzed and validated . The results show that the quality of concrete - filled steel tubes can be tested conveniently and directly by the impact - echo method.
