脉苏散对糖尿病动脉硬化兔内皮素-1和一氧化氮的影响 被引量:1

Influence of Maisu Medicinal Powder on Endothelin-1 and Nitrous Oxide in Rabbits with Diabetic Atherosclerosis

摘要 目的探讨脉苏散对糖尿病动脉硬化闭塞症兔血浆内皮素-1和血清一氧化氮的影响。方法健康纯种新西兰白兔32只,随机分为正常对照组(饲以普通饲料)、模型对照组(饲以高脂高糖饲料)、通心络组(饲以高脂高糖饲料+通心络1g·kg-1.d-1)和脉苏散组(饲以高脂高糖饲料+脉苏散10mL.kg-1.d-1),每组8只。造模成功后分别在实验第8、10、12周末观察各组兔血浆内皮素-1和血清一氧化氮水平及其变化。结果实验第12周末脉苏散组和通心络组血浆内皮素水平均明显低于模型对照组,而血清一氧化氮水平均明显高于模型对照组,结果有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论脉苏散可以有效改善糖尿病动脉硬化兔的血管内皮功能。 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of maisu medicinal powder on endothelin-1 and nitrous oxide in rabbits with diabetic arterosclerosis. Methods 32 health purebred New Zealand white rabbits were divided randomly into normal control group(feeding with normal feedstuff), model control group (feeding with high fat and high glucose feedstuff), tongxinluo group (feeding with high fat and high glucose feedstuff + tongxinluo 1g/kg/d)and maisu medicinal powder group( feeding with high fat high glucose feedstuff + maisu medicinal powder 10 mL/kg/d) ,8 rabbits in each group. After successful modeling,the levels and changes of plasma endothelin-1(ET-1) and serum nitrous oxide(NO) were observed at 8th, 10^th and 12^th weekends successively. Results At 12^th weekend, the level of plasma ET-1 in maisu medicinal powder group and tongxinluo group was lower apparently than that in model control group, but the level of NO in those groups was higher obviously than that in model control group, indicating significant difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion Maisu medicinal powder can improve vascular endothelial function effectively in the rabbits with diabetic arterosclerosis.
