桂附地黄丸对肺纤维化模型形成阶段肺组织TNF-α表达的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨桂附地黄丸防治肺纤维化的作用及机理。方法将大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、桂附地黄丸组、强的松对照组,每组12只。除正常对照组外,各组用平阳霉素诱导肺纤维化模型大鼠,各用药组每天灌胃相应药液,第28天后处死各组大鼠,观察各组大鼠肺部病理组织学改变及肺组织中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)表达。结果桂附地黄丸组、强的松对照组肺纤维化程度、肺组织TNF-α表达均显著低于模型对照组(P<0.05),且桂附地黄丸抑制肺组织TNF-α表达优于强的松对照组(P<0.05)。结论桂附地黄丸能明显减轻平阳霉素所致的大鼠肺纤维化程度,抑制肺组织中TNF-α过度表达。 Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of gnifudihuang pill(GFDH) on prevention and treatment of pulmonary fibrosis. Methods The rats were randomized into normal control group, model control group, GFDH group and prednisone group, 12 rats in each one. Except normal control group, pulmonary fibrosis model was induced by bleomycin A5 in rats. Corresponding drug solution was used for gastric infusion in each group. The rats were sacrificed after the 28th day. The histopathological changes and the expression of TNF-α in lung tissue were observed in each group. Results The degree of pulmonary fibrosis and the expression of TNF-α in lung tissue in GFDH group and prednisone group were lower significantly than those in model control group(P〈0.05) ,and the effect of GFDH on the inhibition of the expression of TNF-α in lung tissue was superior to that in prednisone group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Guifudi- huang pill alleviates apparently the degree of pulmonary fibrosis induced by bleomycin A5 and inhibits the over - expression of TNF-α in lung tissue.
