中西医结合治疗老年性骨性膝关节炎临床观察

Clinical Observation of Integrative Chinese and Western Medicine on Senile Osteoarthritis of Knees

目的观察自拟健肾除痹汤结合西医常规治疗老年性骨性膝关节炎的临床疗效。方法将80例老年性骨性膝关节炎患者随机分为对照组40例,治疗组40例。对照组采用常规西医方法治疗,治疗组在对照组用药基础上加用健肾除痹汤。结果两组患者近期临床疗效相仿,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。1年后追踪复查,对照组总有效率为60.0%,治疗组为85.0%,两组远期疗效比较,治疗组明显高于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论健肾除痹汤结合西医常规疗法治疗老年性骨性膝关节炎具有较好的远期疗效,且复发率低,值得进一步推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on senile osteoarthritis of knees treated with self-prescribed jiansheuchubi decoction （decoction for strengthening the kidney and removing pain）combined with western medicine. Methods 80 cases of senile osteoarthritis of knees were randomly divided into control group（40 cases）and treatment group （40 cases ）. In control group, routine western medicine was a-dopted. In treatment group,on the basis of medication as control group,jianshenchupi decoction was supple-mented. Results The short-term clinical efficacy was similar in two groups, without significant difference in comparison（P〉0.05）. After Follow-up of one year,it was discovered that the total effective rate was 60.0% in control group and was 85.0% in treatment group. In comparison of long - term efficacy of two groups, the result in treatment group was higher apparently to that in control group,lndicating significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combined therapy of jianshenchubi decoction and routine western medicine achieves quite good long - term efficacy on senile osteoarthritis of knees and is advantageous at low recurrence rate. Hence ,this therapy deserves to be further promoted in applicalion.
