摘要 电力系统发生故障将导致接地点与远端零电位处电压的不平衡。二次系统等电位接地网能有效阻止主接地网的不平衡电压引入到二次系统当中,避免二次设备损坏及误动情况的发生。针对目前各厂、站二次系统等电位接地网敷设较混乱情况,根据国网公司颁布的十八项反措相关要求,详述了等电位接地网敷设应遵循的原则以及户外端子箱、室内保护屏柜、二次电缆屏蔽层接线等方面应注意的问题,提出了切实可行的实施方法,使继电保护二次系统接地达到合理、美观、统一的要求。 If some fault happened in electric power system, the voltage between fault grounding point and far away distance is not equal. It is a good method to lay equipotential ground screen which can block the unbalanced voltage to transfer into secondary system and avoid secondary equipment broken or operating error. Against the confusion about laying of equipotential ground screen in some power plants and electric substations, reasonable principles and noticeable problems are put forward in the paper. Some methods are also introduced aiming to the target of the reasonable, beautiful and uniform ground connection of secondary system.
