摘要 建立毛细管电泳法测定槟榔中槟榔碱和槟榔次碱的含量的方法.考察分离电压、电解液组成对结果的影响.在优化实验条件下,槟榔碱和槟榔次碱得到很好地分离.槟榔碱和槟榔次碱在4~300mg/L浓度范围内,线性关系良好(槟榔碱r=0.9882,槟榔次碱r=0.9873).此法具有操作简单、速度快、灵敏度高、成本低的特点. A method for precise determination of Arecoline and Arecaidine by Capillary Electrophoresis has been developed. An optimal condition in which Arecoline and Arecaidine are separated well, was gained by changing separation voltage and buffer components . The linear range of calibration curve for both two components was 4.0-300.0 mg/ L. This method has been proved more reliable, more simple and fast with lower cost, high sensitivity.
