摘要 水稻穗部枝梗数影响稻谷产量.就穗部一、二次枝梗数性状的遗传研究进行了综述.研究表明枝梗数是受多基因控制的数量性状,具高的遗传力和变异度,其基因的表达受水分胁迫、不同年份的影响,并存在基因间上位性以及基因型与环境间互作;枝梗数与稻谷产量呈正相关;在早期世代和高代分别对一次枝梗数和二次枝梗数进行选择有较好效果. The number of branches per panicle plays an important role in rice yield. This paper summarized the development of genetic research on the number of primary and secondary brahehes per panicle. The previous results indicated that the number of branches per panicle,with high heritability and coefficient of variation,were controlled by quantitative trait loci(QTLs), and the gene expression of the straits was affected by the water stress, the year differentiation, the genes epistatic interaction and the interaction between genetic and environmental factors. It showed that the number of branches per panicle had a positive coefficient with yield. It would be better to select the number of primary and secondary branches per panicle in the early generations and in the late generations in cross breeding in rice,respectively.
