摘要
对碘缺乏病病区和非病区新生儿脐带滤纸血斑同时利用三种方法检测TSH值,结果表明IRMA值>TR-IFMA值>ELISA值,三者相关非常显著,相关系数分别是TR-IFMA与ELISA为0.838、ELISA与IRMA为0.835、IRMA与TR-IFMA为0.777。5mU/L以下所占百分率ELISA为76.9%、TR-IFMA为64.7%、IRMA为44.8%。经多年补碘的病区与非病区TSH值分布频率基本相似。认为三种方法均可用于碘缺乏病监测,但IRMA值偏高,可根据回归方程TR-IFMA、EIA值进行换算。
n order to investigate the correlation of several methods for TSH detection,we studied neonatal cord blood TSH levels detected with timeresolved immunofluorometric assay (TRIFMA),immunoradiometric assay (IRMA) and enzymelinked immunosorbents assay (ELISA).The neonatal cord blood spots on filter paper were collected from IDD area supplied by iodine for many years and nonIDD area.Results showed that TSH levels (x±S,mU/L) of 296 specimens tested by TRIFMA,IRMA and ELISA methods were 5.10±6.05,7.37±6.62,4.04±3.18,respectively.The proportions of specimens with TSH levels less than 5mU/L were 64.7%(TRIFMA),44.8%(IRMA),76.9%(ELISA),respectively.According to TSH levels,correlations among these three methods were:TRIFMA:ELISAr=0.838;ELISA:IRMA r=0.835;IRMA:TRIFMA r=0.777.From TSH values of one assay,we could calculate TSH values of another assay with the regression equations.The frequency distribution curves of the TSH levels in IDD area and nonIDD area were simillar.Our study indicated that these three methods were of quite good correlation,and all could be used in IDD surveillance,but TSH levels detected by IRMA were higher than those by other two methods.
