摘要
通过对低品质粉煤灰采取复合、磨内改性等技术,试制了一种混凝土活化掺合料,并确定了生产混磨型掺合料的混磨细度参数和混磨时间参数。经过试验分析,最佳复合比例为粉煤灰∶生石灰∶石膏∶矿渣=38∶13∶3∶56,最佳水胶比为0.42,取代水泥最佳比例为30%,胶砂试验证明其性能指标高于单掺II粉煤灰和单掺磨细矿渣。另外还对粉煤灰中所含氯离子对钢筋混凝土的影响进行了分析。
A kind of concrete activation admixture was trial-manufactured by method of mixing and modifying on the inferior fly ash, and the parameters of fineness and time was determinated.Through analyzing the experimental data,the optimum composite ratio of fly ash, quicklime, gypsum and slag was 38:13:3:56,tbe best W/B was 0.42 and the best ratio of substituted cement dosage was 30 percent.Tbe performance index of mixing excelled that of admixture added fly ash only and fined slag only.The influence of the chloride volume within the fly ash on RC was analyzed.
