摘要
目的:检测哮喘患儿不同病期的瘦素水平的变化规律,据此阐述其在哮喘的临床意义。方法:采用ELISA方法检测38例哮喘患儿及20例正常儿童血清瘦素。结果:哮喘组血清瘦素水平(3.53±0.82)μg/L明显高于对照组(2.26±0.12)μg/L,差异有显著性(P<0.01),且发作期(3.62±0.71)μg/L明显高于缓解期(3.04±0.11)μg/L,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:哮喘患儿存在瘦素水平失衡,提示其在哮喘的发病中起着重要的作用,检测瘦素水平可为哮喘的诊断及病情判断提供依据。
Objective To detect leptin levels in different stages asthma children, and explain their clinical significance in asthma. Methods Detect leptin in 38 cases of asthma children and 20 cases of normal children with ELISA. Results Serum leptin level in asthmatic group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P 〈 0.01), and leptin level in stage of attact was significantly higher than that in catabasis (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion The imbalance of leptin levels in asthma children suggests it plays an important role in the pathogenesis of asthma. Detecting leptin levels can provide a basis judgement of the diagnosis of asthma and state of an illness.
