目的：了解大剂量顺铂的耳毒性。方法：应用含进口大剂量顺铂的联合化疗方案治疗患者21例,测定其治疗前后的气导纯音听力阈。结果：顺铂耳毒性表现：第1周期治疗后为高频失听（6000、8000Hz）,第2周期治疗后向3000、4000Hz等频率发展,程度加重。

To leam high-dose cisplatin ototoxicity. Methal: 21 patients were treated by chemotherapeutic regimens including high - dose cisplatin to test air-conduction auditory threshold before and after therapy. Result: High frequencyhearing loss 6000, 8000Hz was observed after the first cycle therapy, and 3000, 4000Hz after the second cycle therapy, suggesing exacerbation.
