自体造血干细胞移植治疗急性白血病

Autologous Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation in 4 Patients with Acute Leukemia

报告4例自体造血干细胞移植治疗急性非淋巴细胞性白血病。其中3例接受自体外周血干细胞移植，1例接受自体骨髓移植。4例均在初次完全缓解后经MAC（马法兰140～160mg／m2，阿糖胞背3000mm／m2，环磷酸腔120mm／kg）方案预处理。4例患者移植后均获造血重建，已分别持续完全缓解459d，342d，305d，112d。

Four cases of acute non-lymphoblastic leukemia were treated with autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (AHSCT). Three of them received autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation,One of them received atuologous bone marrow transplantation. Four cases were transplanted in the first remisson.The induction regimen consisted of melphalan (140 ~ 160mg/m2 ), cytosine arabinoside (3 000 mg/m2 ), cyclophosphamide (120 mg/kg). Four cases engrafted successfully after AHSCT. They were still in a continous complete remission at 459 days, 342 days, 305 days and 12 days after AHSCT respectively.
