摘要
本文提出了一种复合数据采集网络的构建方法,采用视频图像识别技术和无线串行通讯技术对大量实验设备输出结果进行数据采集。系统通过对视频图像的分割和插值放大处理后得到字模图像,进而与字库图像比对后得到图像中的数符串。同时系统采用仿真串口实现对具体设备数据的读取,并通过构建的无线网络进行串行数据采集。本系统适用于对大量实验数据的自动检测与汇总。
This paper puts forward a method of constructing a complex data acquisition network, which applies video image recognition technology and wireless serial communication technology on experimental equipments for data acquisition. The system obtains font mode image by means of using segmentation and interpolation image processing, and then achieves date cluster after comparing with system type fonts. In addition, the system develops a module to implement the date transmission from spot equipment by emula- tional RS232 port to center computer by wireless network. Using this system can meet the needs of auto- matically detecting and aggregating a large number of experimental data in food hygiene and industrial inspection.
