放射诱导肿瘤血管生成及其机制研究进展
摘要
随着放疗新技术的出现及放射生物学观念的更新,放疗在肿瘤治疗中的地位越来越重要。一系列研究证实放射线可激活细胞内多种信号转导通路,这些通路的激活可促进肿瘤血管生成,进而促进肿瘤复发转移。关于放射与肿瘤血管生成之问关系的研究较少,以下就这方面的研究进展加以综述。
