摘要
随着技术的发展,常见的定型组合钢模板、胶合板等模板施工工艺悄然发生着变化。压型钢板组合楼板结构等永久性模板已应用到了一些工业厂房的混凝土楼层平台。在此基础上对混凝土结构一体化模板作了展望和概念性设计,建立了新型模板组合梁构件的抗弯承载力计算模型和抗剪承载力计算模型,推演出新型模板应具备的部分物理参数之间的关系,如抗拉强度、弹性模量、应变、抗剪强度及新型模板材的本构关系等。理论计算的目的有两个:利用已知物理参数探寻新型一体化模板材料,或者对已知的一体化模板材料进行设计。
The routine formwork process has been changing gradually with the increasingly developing of technology, such as assembled steel formwork and veneer plywood. Permanent formworks in the composite concrete slab for profiled steel sheet are widely used in plant floor. On the basis of profiled sheet, conceptual design is worked for systemized fomwork in concrete structure, and simplified sketch for flexural--bearing capacity and shear--bearing capacity have been designed to calculate new type of formwork in combined beam, so the relation among physical parameter are revealed, such as tensile strength, elastic modulus, strain rate, shear strength and constitutional relationship. There are two purposes for theoretical calculation, one is searching new type of formwork material, and the other is drawing through new type of formwork material.
