摘要
目的探讨食管胃吻合口瘘的预防性护理方法。方法总结80例食管癌手术患者预防吻合口瘘发生的护理体会。结果通过对手术患者进行心理、饮食指导,严密观察病情,做好口腔、胃管、引流管的护理,本组无1例食管胃吻合口瘘发生。结论积极采取综合护理措施,对提高食管胃吻合口瘘的防治有着重要意义。
Objective To explore the preventive nursing ways of esophagogastric anastomotic leakage. Methods To summarize of the nursing experience of 80 case of esophageal cancer patients with preventing esophagogastric anastomotic leakage. Results There was no one example of esophagogastric anastomotic leakage through giving psychological, dietary guidance, closely observing the patient＇ s condition and doing care good job in mouth, stomach tube, drainage tube. Conclusion General care measures can improve the prevention of esophagogastric anastomotic leakage.
