康莱特联合介入化疗治疗中晚期肝癌疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Kanglaite Injection Combined with Intra-Arterial Chemotherapy in the Treatment or Mid and Advanced Primary Liver Cancer

目的：探讨康莱特乳剂联合介入化疗治疗中晚期肝癌的疗效。方法：分组比较单用介入化疗（20例）与康莱特联合介入化疗（18例）对症状改善、血生化指标及近期疗效的差异。结果：治疗组在抑制瘤体生长,改善症状,提高生活质量,减轻介入化疗的副作用方面明显优于对照组。结论：康莱特能明显提高疗效,改善症状,减轻副作用,值得推广应用。

To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Kanglaite injection combined with intra-arterial chemotherapy in the treatment of mid and advanced primary liver cancer (PLC). Methods: Relief to clinical symptoms,blood biochemical index and short-term effect were observed in 18 cases of PLC treated by kanglaite injection and intra-arterial chemotherapy and the results were compared with that of 20 cases of PLC treated by intraarterial chemotherapy alone. Results: Restraining tumour growth, relieving symptoms,improving quality of life and modifing side-effect in the trials were signifficantly higher than those in the controls(p<0.01). Conclusion:Kanglaite Injection can improve therapeutic effect, relieve symptoms,decrease side-effect. It should be recommended and used.
