基层救治延迟性脾破裂10例临床体会

目的探讨延迟性脾破裂的发病机理及其救治措施。方法回顾性分析我院2000年1月至2007年12月收治的延迟性脾破裂10例的临床资料,本组均行急诊脾脏切除手术,其中2例儿童术中行自体脾组织网膜内移植术。结果全组均治愈,无死亡病例,平均住院12d。结论延迟性脾破裂确认后,应首选手术治疗,加强对病人损伤程度的认识,正确诊断和及时采取有效的治疗措施,是基层医疗单位救治延迟性脾破裂的关键因素。

Objective To investigate the incidence of delayed splenic rupture mechanism and treatment measures. Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital in January 2000-December 2007 treated 10 cases of delayed rupture of the clinical data, the group emergent splenectemy surgery： two cases in which children ＇s Bank of China since surgery splenic omentum transplantation. Results The whole group were cured and no deaths, the average length of stay 12 days.Conclusion Delayed rupture of spleen confirmed, surgery should be preferred to enhance the understanding of the extent of patient injury,the correct diagnosis and effective treatment to take timely measures, the primary health care unit for treatment of delayed rupture of the key factors.
