摘要
目的分析近年来胆道良性疾患术中漏诊肝外胆管癌的原因及临床特点，并进行防治的探讨。方法收集92年至97年间9例临床资料。结果全部经手术探查，8例在胆道良性疾患术中漏诊。结论应联合应用多种检查以获得早期诊断，确诊后力争根治性切除。
Objective Causes and clinical features were analyzed on cholangiocarcinoma of missed diagnosis during the operation for the biliary benign disease;its prevention and treatment were also discussed. Method 9 cases from 1992 to 1997 were collected. Result:Operative exploration was performed to all the cases. The 8 cases belong to missed diagnosis during the operation forthe biliary benign disease. Conclusion It is confirmed that multiple examination should be combined in order to get to the early diagnosis. Radical operation should be performed for the patient with confirmed diagnosis.
