磁共振成像在肾恶性肿瘤诊断和分期中的价值

Value of MRI in the Diagnosis and Staging of Kidney Neoplasms

目的：探讨磁共振成像（ＭＲＩ）在肾恶性肿瘤诊断和分期中的价值。方法：对３４例经ＭＲＩ或其它方法诊断为肾肿瘤（其中２６例为肾恶性肿瘤，经病理检查证实）者进行影像资料分析。结果与讨论：ＭＲＩ检查假阳性、假阴性各１例，诊断准确率为９４．１％；ＭＲＩ分期准确率为７６．９％。

Objective:To explore the value of MRI in the diagnosis and staging of kidney neoplasms.Method:Kidney neoplasms were diagnosed by MRI or other methods in 34 cases,26 of whom were verified pathologically.Result and Conclusion:There was false-position in one case and false-negative in one case.Kidney neoplasms were diagnosed by both MRI and other methods in 32 cases.The diagnostic accuracy rate of MRI was 94.1%.Tumors measuring <3 cm diameter were detected in 3/4(75.0%).The staging accuracy rate of MRI was 76.9%.There was over-staging in 3 cases and lower-staging in 3 cases.Detection of lymph node enlargement was 5/6(83.3%).The use of GD-DTPA didn't help in detection of kidney neoplasms,which were measured over 3 cm in diameter,in enchancing MRI.
