尿流改道的最新研究──去带结肠可控膀胱、经脐阑尾尿道术(附8例报告)

A Continee Colonic Reservoir Constructed with Colonic Tenia Removed

膀胱癌患者全膀胱切除术后，我们采取切断结肠带的方法制造贮尿囊，同时利用回盲瓣的功能抗返流，阑尾瓣控制尿液。手术取得令人满意效果，贮尿囊的容量可达到400～600ml，可控膀胱测压：最高充盈压1．76kPa，收缩压6．4kPa，造影未发现输尿管返流和肾盂积水。

A continent colonic resrevoir was constructed with colonic tenia removed using the ileocecal valve as an antireflux mechanism and the appendix valve as a continent urinary.The Operation was very satisfactory. The maximum volume of the pouch was 400--600ml. The maximal filling pressure was 1.76kpa. The maximal constricting pressure was 6. 4kpa. There were no evidences of ureteral eflux and hydronephrosis.
