不确定性环境下探索性和开发性创新的平衡与企业绩效关系研究 被引量：7

摘要 基于251家企业样本数据,实证检验了不确定性环境下探索性和开发性创新的平衡与企业绩效的关系。结果发现,探索性和开发性创新是提高企业绩效的两种重要途径,二者的平衡更有助于提升绩效,不平衡有损于绩效;环境不确定性的不同维度对两种创新与绩效关系发挥着不同调节作用;不确定性程度越高,越需要对两种创新方式进行平衡,进而更有利于促进企业绩效。
