摘要
目的探讨甘草提取物对四氯化碳(CCl4)所致小鼠急性化学性肝损伤的保护作用。方法采用CCl4制备小鼠急性化学性肝损伤模型,50只小鼠随机分成5组:正常对照组、CCl4模型组、联苯双酯组及甘草提取物小、大剂量组。各给药组连续给药7d,测定血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、总蛋白(TP)活性及白蛋白(ALB)、球蛋白(GLB)的含量,以及肝组织中过氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果甘草提取物能明显降低CCl4致急性肝损伤小鼠血清ALT、AST活性,降低肝匀浆中MDA含量,提高SOD活性。结论甘草对CCl4所致小鼠急性化学性肝损伤的保护作用可能与其抗脂质过氧化有关。
Objective To explore the protective effects of extraction of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch. (GC) on CC14 induced acute hepatic injury in mice. Methods Acute hepatic injury model was made by CC14. Fifty mice were divided into 5 groups (normal control group, CC14 model group, bffendate group, low and high dose of GC group) and administrated for 7 days. The levels of ALT, AST, ALP, LPH, TP, ALB, GLB in serum and the activities of SOD, MDA in liver tissue were detected. Results The activities of ALT, AST and the level of MDA in GC group were significantly decreased, and the activity of SOD were significantly increased compared with the model group (P〈0.05). Conclusion GC has protective effects on CC14 induced acute hepatic injury in mice and it may be related with anti-lipid peroxidation.
