雌激素受体、表皮生长因子受体在乳腺癌中表达的意义探讨 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨雌激素受体(ER)、表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)在乳腺癌中表达的意义。方法:应用免疫组化SP法。结果:ER、EGFR蛋白阳性表达率分别为58.1%(54/93)、39.8%(37/93),明显高于乳腺良性病变的4.2%(1/24)、8.7%(2/23)和正常乳腺组织(0%)(P<0.01)。乳腺癌中ER以浸润性导管癌、硬癌阳性率最高,EGFR以浸润性导管癌、硬癌、单纯癌阳性率最高,小叶原位癌、粘液腺癌均为阴性。ER、EGFR表达与乳腺肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移、分化程度明显相关(P<0.05,P<0.05、P<0.01)。ER阴性者的淋巴结转移率为66.7%(36/54),高于ER阳性者的33.3%(18/54)(P<O.05),EGFR阳性的淋巴结转移率为7O.4%(38/54),高于EGFR阴性的淋巴结转移率29.6%(16/54)。结论:ER、EGFR阴性低淋巴结转移率与乳腺癌淋巴结转移有关,可作为乳腺癌预后分析和估计的参考。
