相貌偏见研究述评

A Survey of Physical Attractiveness Bias Study

在国内外,相貌已经被认为是一项重要的资源。而社会中的相貌偏见也越来越引起人们的重视。本文从职场、人格特征、能力素质、社会交往及儿童几个方面来回顾相貌偏见的有关研究,并对相貌偏见产生的原因及其造成的影响进行探究,最后提出在相貌偏见研究领域还存在的一些问题及展望。

At home and abroad, physical attractiveness has been considered a major resource. The physical attractiveness bias in society also has drawn increasing attention. This article reviews the study physical attractiveness bias from several aspects of the work- place, professional qualities personality characteristics, social interaction and children , also explores the reasons and the resulting impacts of it. In the end of article I will put forward some of the problems and prospects.
