The Integration and Exploitation Utilization of Science Information in Universities

科研信息资源是高校进行科研工作的成果体现和独特财富,如善加利用必能为高校乃至我国的科研事业做出重要贡献。然而,目前我国高校对其科研信息资源的开发利用明显不足,针对这样的现实背景,分析了问题成因,提出建立机构知识库以全面提高高校科研信息资源的整合与开发利用水平,进而促进我国高校科研能力的增长,保障国家科教兴国战略的顺利实施。

Scientific information is the production and unique treasure of universities, if being used appropriately will contribute to the science project of both our country and universities. But the actuali- ty of its using is not advices constructing sufficient. Under this situation, this paper analyses the causation of the problem, institutional repositories to upgrade the level of its integration, exploitation and utilization, and facilitate the increase of the ability of science research of our universities, meanwhile, ensure the implementation of the nation＇ s science and education strategy
