摘要
利用系统3次设计思想,对压控电压源二阶低通滤波器电路进行系统、参数和容差设计,利用统计方法,并进行正交试验。通过联系实际找出合适的参数组合,再确定产品的最优参数组合,最后在不影响产品质量的前提下进行元器件容差适当扩大,以取得最佳参数组合和容差设计方案,提高试验精度与可靠度,降低产品成本。
This paper studies the three times design of the voltage-controlled second-order low-pass filter, including system design, parameter design and tolerance error design. The proper parameter in practice is studied. The best parameter combination is found out. The last step is to broaden the tolerance of the components in order to deduce the cost without affecting the quality. The purpose of the design is to try to obtain the best result for parameter and tolerant error, enhances the quality of the product and decrease the production cost.
