摘要 膜片弹簧的疲劳寿命不仅受到几何尺寸、材料和工作负载的影响。因为增加了部件方面的要求,还必须考虑制造过程的影响。它们将直接影响膜片弹簧的强度特性因而影响其疲劳寿命。本文的目的是论述在商用车辆膜片弹簧的设计阶段所应进行的工作。 The fatigue life of a diaphragm spring is influenced not only by geometry, selected material and operating loads. Because of increased requirements concerning the components, it is necessary to take into account the influences of the manufacturing process, as well. They have direct influence on the strength characteristic of the diaphragm spring and can therefore be used to manipulate its fatigue life. The objective of this article is to demonstrate how this can be done in the design phase of a diaphragm spring used for commercial vehicles.
