国防生干部综合素质状况调查与分析

The Investigation and Analysis of the Comprehensive Qualities of National Defense Student Cadres

以合肥工业大学近几年毕业的国防生干部为调查对象,采用抽样调查的方式,分析了国防生干部思想政治素质、军事素质、科学文化素质和身体心理素质状况。调查表明:国防生干部思想坚定、专业知识扎实,但军事素质和身体心理素质偏弱。

With the national defense student cadres who graduated from Hefei University of Technology as the subjects of investigation and the means of sampling survey, the paper analyzes the multiple quality status of them, such as ideological and political quality, military quality, scientific and cultural quality, physical quality and psychological quality. The results show that the national defense student cadres have firm belief and solid professional acknowledge, but they are comparatively weaker in military quality, physical quality and psychological quality.
