摘要
带式输送机是一种摩擦驱动以连续方式运输物料的机械。为保证输送机正常稳定的运行,必须要满足驱动滚筒与输送带间的摩擦驱动力,这就需要输送带具有一定的拉紧力,在设计带式输送机时如何选用合适的拉紧装置是带式输送机设计的关键。
Conveyor is a friction-driven machinery approach to transport materials. In order to en- sure the stability of the conveyor normal operation it is necessary to meet with the friction driving force between the driving drum and conveyor belt, and it requires enough tension force of conveyor belt. So it is the key to choose right device in the belt conveyor design.
