摘要 根据杨庄煤矿"三软"中厚煤层的实际情况,在Ⅲ514工作面安装使用3ZY35B-17/35型液压支架。自从安装好以后,不仅产量低投入大,而且经常因片帮冒顶,造成人身事故。通过现场调查研究,选择更换成ZY4600-18/38型液压支架,更换支架后产量大大提高,投入明显减少,并且避免了工伤事故,充分证明综采支架的合理选型对综采的安全生产及经济效益的提高有着非常重要的作用。 According to Yangzhuang coal mine "three soft" in the thick seam of the actual situation, 3ZY35B-17/35type hydraumatic bracket after the installation in Ⅲ514 working face. Since the installation of the after, not only production low-input big, but also often pianbang and maoding causing personal accident, through field research, we ZY4600-18/38, to replace the original hydraulic support, to increase production significantly, significantly reduce the input, fully mechanizel coal mining stent to prove a reasonable selection of production safety and increase the economic bene- fits of a very important role.
