The engineering geological condition of Yangcun Coal Mine is complicated, the latente of down third System is imbedded deeply, the zone of weathering is very deep and long, and crack growing. So, it is difficultly to hole, and there are many accidents. The paper analyses the reasons and provides some measures to solve the problems.
