摘要
目的:优选藏药喉毛花总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。方法:以芦丁为指标成分,用紫外分光光度法在510nm处测定总黄酮含量,以总黄酮含量为评价标准,应用正交实验,优选喉毛花总黄酮提取的最佳工艺。结果:喉毛花总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为50%乙醇,6倍量,回流提取2h。结论:紫外分光光度法方便、快捷,可用于喉毛花总黄酮提取工艺的优选。
Object:To optimize the extraction procedure of the total flavonoids from Tibetan Medicine Houmaohua( Comastoma Pedunlulatum). Methods: The optimized extraction procedure was screened by orthogonal test according to the content of the total flavonoids which was measured through UV spectroscopy at 510 nm using rutin as control. Results: The optimized extraction procedure was as follows:50% alcohol,6 times volume of the weight of the dried material, refluxing 2h. Conclusion: UV spectr scopy is a fast and convienient method suitable for the control of the extraction of the total flavonoids from Tibetan Medicine Houmaohua.
