摘要
目的通过对中药煎液真空包装在不同条件下微生物污染情况的研究,进一步探讨真空包装的安全性和储存时间。方法以四物汤为研究对象,分别在不同条件下储存不同时间,检测真空包装煎液微生物的污染情况。结果低温保存可使药物保存更长久,可一定程度抑制微生物污染。结论从卫生学角度来看,采用适当的储存方法,在一定的储存时间内中药煎液采用真空包装是安全可靠的。
