摘要
目的调查门诊护患沟通现状及病人满意度,分析存在问题,为下一步制定对策提供依据。方法采用问卷调查的方法,调查187名门诊病人对护患沟通现状满意度。结果病人平均满意度为60.9%。其中主动服务、微笑服务、健康宣教的满意度低于50%。结论应加强门诊护士与病人的沟通交流,提高病人满意度,构建和谐护患关系。
Objective To analyze and investigate the satisfaction of nurse-patient communication in outpatient, and provide the basis for the further development. Methoda 187 outpatients were surveyed by a questionnaire on the nurse-patient communication satisfaction, Results The average satisfaction of patients was 61.1%. There was less than 50 percent satisfaction on initiative service, smiling service, and health education. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the communication between nurses and patients and improve patient satisfaction.
