鼻咽癌病人的心理症状及相关因素分析

An analysis of psychological symptoms andits correlative factors in the patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.

Objective To reseach psychologicalsymptoms and correlative factors in the patients with first episode nosapharyngeal carci noma(NPC)Methods SCL-90,SAS,SDS,EPQ,Life Event Scale a nd Copying StyleQuestionalre,were applied to the hospitalized patients with NPC (64 case) Results①Compared with health people there wer e significant difference in all scores but hostility scores for SCL 90 and depr essscores approached neurosis patients.②There were anxiety symptoms in patient s of 92.1%(SAS≥41)and depressionsymptoms in patients of 66.6%(SDS≥0.51).③Per sonality,Coping style and negative life event etc,had significant correlationwi th psychological symptoms of the patients with NPC by a stepwise regression anal ysis.ConclusionThere were complex psychological symptoms in the patients with NPC.Psychological therapy would likely be ofimportant significati on in the prevention and treatment of NPC.
