外伤性虹膜根部离断显微修复术63例临床分析

Effect of microsurgery on the repair of traumatic iridodialysis

目的:观察显微外科技术对外伤性虹膜根部离断的修复作用以及对视功能的改善和恢复情况,总结外伤性虹膜根部断离的手术修复体会。方法:回顾性分析63例(63眼)眼外伤所致的虹膜根部部分离断在显微外科技术进行修复后的效果,观察手术前、后的瞳孔形状和视力改变情况。结果:术前D形瞳孔(40例)、椭圆形瞳孔(16例)或不规则瞳孔者(7例)术后瞳孔恢复圆形44例(44眼),近圆形或椭圆形19例(19眼),消除了双瞳、眩目、复视等症状,视功能有所改善。结论:显微外科技术能修复外伤性虹膜根部离断,改善和恢复视功能。

Objective： To investigate the effect of microsurgery on the repair of traumatic iridodialysis and the recovery and maintanence of visual function. Methods： Data of 63 patients （63 eyes） with traumatic iridodialysis caused by ocular trauma who underwent microsurgery were reviewed, the changes of pupil shape and vision after operation were evaluated. Results： After operation, 44 patients with D pattern, elliptical or irregular shape pupil （44 eyes） became round pupil, symptoms of double pupils, diplopia, dazzling and so on in 19 cases （19 eyes） with nearly round or oval shape were eliminated, and vision was improved. Conclusion： Microsurgery may repair traumatic iridodialysis, improve and recover visual function.
