子宫内膜息肉的超声诊断与病理对照分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨子宫内膜息肉的超声图像特征。方法:对43例患者行彩色多普勒超声检查,测量子宫大小和内膜厚度,取纵切面,垂直于长轴,测最厚处,观察和记录内膜及宫腔内的异常图像、血流情况,对超声表现与病理检查结果进行对照。结果:超声诊断43例子宫内膜息肉,经手术和病理证实符合率88%(38/43)。超声表现多为高回声光团,息肉直径0.9~2.5cm,平均1.3cm,最大1枚位于宫颈部2.5cm×1.5cm。多呈圆形或椭圆形,边界清,无包膜,蒂部子宫内膜线多较完整。小的内膜息肉,彩色血流信号显示不满意,当直径>1.0cm或>1.5cm时,彩色多普勒可见条状血流信号。结论:经阴道彩色多普勒超声结合超声造影,能有效鉴别子宫内膜息肉与内膜增生过长、粘膜下肌瘤等疾病,可明显提高子宫内膜息肉的诊断率。 Objective: To investigate ultrasonography features of endometrial polyps. Methods: Color Doppler ultrasonography was performed on 43 endometrial polyp patients. Uterus size and endometrium thickness were measured, abnormal uhrasonography of the endometrium or uterine cavity, abnormal blood flow were observed and recorded. Ultrasonography results were compared with pathological examination results. Results: Of the 43 endometrial polyp cases diagnosed by ultrasonography, 88% were proved to be right according to operation or pathological examination. Endometrial polyp presented as hyperechoic mass in uhrasonography. With an average diameter of 1.3 cm (range from 0.9 cm to 2.5 cm) , most of the polyps were round or oval, free of.encapsulation, showed clear boundary and complete endometrium line in the pedicle. The biggest polyp were 2.5cm× 2.5 cm and located in cervix. Blood flow signals of small polyps were not satisfied. When the diameter is above 1.0 cm or even above 1.5 cm, the blood flow were presented as strip signals. Conclusion : According to transvaginal ultrasonography, diseases like endometrial polyps, hyperplasia of endometrium, submucous myoma can be differentiated from each other, the diagnosis rate of endometrial polyp were obviously improved.
