喉鳞癌组织中P53和bc1-2蛋白的表达

The expression of P53 and bcl 2 protein in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma

用免疫组化ＬＳＡＢ法对５３例喉鳞状细胞癌（ＬＳＣＣ）癌组织的Ｐ５３和ｂｃ１－２蛋白表达进行了检测。结果表明５３例ＬＣＳＳ中２５例（４７．１７％）突变型Ｐ５３蛋白表达为阳性，同时一些癌旁不典型增生上皮中也有Ｐ５３表达，说明突变型Ｐ５３表达可能是ＬＳＣＣ发展的早期事件。此外，在所有检测病例中ｂｃ１－２蛋白表达率为６９．８１％（３７／５３）。

Expressions of P53 and bcl 2 protein in 53 cases of laryngeal Squamous Cell Carcinoma(LSCC) were determined with immunohistochemical LSAB method.The results showed that in 25 of 53(47 17%) LSCC,the expression of mutant type P53 protein was positive,meanwhile,mutant type P53 protein was also expressed in some dysplastic epitheliums near the cancer tissues.that means the expression of mutant type P53 protein may be the early event in the development of LSCC.The results also indicated the expression rate of bcl 2 protein was 69 81%(37/53) in all LSCC patients.But the correlation between bcl 2 protein expression and P53 protein expression had not been found. \ \
