摘要
医疗责任保险在我国的发展还处于初步的探索阶段。湖南省某市的医疗责任保险有成功的一面,但还存在许多不足,通过对该市医疗责任保险的分析,建议:①争取得到卫生行政部门、医学会等部门的大力支持;②协调好各种关系;③扩大医疗责任保险的范围;④增设其它险种;⑤保险公司要与教育部门进行合作,为保险部门培养实际需要的复合型人才。
The development of medical liability insurance is in the initial exploring stage. Medical liability insurance in some city of Hunan Province has something successful,but also many shortcomings, through the analysis of medical liability insurance in the city, suggestions are offered about winning supports from public health management departments and medical associations, coordination of all kinds of relations,the widening of the range of medical liability insurance,the addition of other medical insurances,and the cooperation of insurance companies with education departments in the training of complex professionals necessary for medical insurance companies.
