武汉市2005年-2007年妇幼健康状况分析

An Analysis of the Annual Statistical Reports of Women and Children of Wuhan in 2005-2007

目的:掌握武汉市近年来妇幼人群健康状况、主要指标完成情况及机构现状。方法:采取以全市从事妇幼保健服务机构合计989家,逐级定期上报分析方法。结果:主要健康状况指标呈好转趋势,多数指标完成较好,但仍有部分指标未达标,其中剖宫产率仍处较高水平,基层机构建设较明显滞后于省市级机构。结论:武汉市妇幼健康水平逐年提高,妇幼保健成效明显但需进一步改善,基层妇幼机构建设相对薄弱,应引起有关部门注意。

Objective：This paper is to find out the health status of women and children in Wuhan in recent years,and the fulfillment of major targets and the current situation of organizations.Method：Reports were taken from a total of 989 organizations across the city including hospitals, community health service centers,and kindergartens by regular step-by-step reporting.Result：The main life index shows a tendency to the better, most targets are satisfied,but there are some below the standard,with caesarean section still in a relatively high rate,and the organizational construction at the basic level lags more obviously behind city and province levels.Conclusion：Women and children health level is being improved annually, and organizations at the basic level for women and children are relatively weak,which related departments should pay attention to.
